Modelled after Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, in Milan, The Block Arcade was founded in 1892 and quickly became a place to shop and be seen in Melbourne.
Today, it is host to 29 retailers on street and lower ground level, offering a broad shopping experience in a unique historic building.
