Location
The Victoria Hotel is conveniently situated in the Free Tram Zone and offers easy access to
Southbank and the City’s many galleries and museums, as well as the vibrant restaurants, Café and bar scene. Shopaholics are in prime position to explore the Collins street boutiques, Bourke Street Shopping Mall and Chinatown alleys. And for those looking for a night out, The Little Collins Street locale is the perfect base to take on the Melbourne’s lively East End theatre district, Crown Casino and famous sporting arenas.

Check-out Times
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11 am on the day of departure. If you wish to extend your stay beyond this time please contact reception.

Credit Facilities
Hotel accounts may be settled by cash, Eftpos or Credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. Please note there is a 1.08% surcharge on credit card transactions.

Housekeeping
Should you require any additional linen, soap, tea, coffee or similar items for your room, contact the Housekeeping Department by Dialing No. 22. The Housekeeping office is located on the first floor and operating hours are 8 am-4pm.

Reception
Reception is located on the ground floor and is open 24 hours for your convenience. If you require any assistant during your stay, please contact reception by Dialing No. 9.

Luggage Storage
Luggage storage is available upon request prior arrival or departure time.

Restaurant
Offering locally-sourced delights in a neighbourhood adorned with the narratives of Melbourne’s past, MISTER MUNRO stands as a tasteful tribute to the legacy of James Munro, former Premier of Victoria and temperance advocate, who founded The Victoria Hotel’s original site — Victoria Coffee Palace. 

MISTER MUNRO Restaurant & Bar is located on the ground floor through the hotel foyer.

Bar
In a city famous for its bars and nightlife, Vic’s Bar at The Victoria Hotel is one of Melbourne’s best kept secrets. Vic’s Bar offers a relaxed atmosphere for those looking to unwind. With a generous selection of beer and wine, and long list of cocktails to choose from, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon drink after spending the day exploring all that Melbourne has to offer. There are two LCD TV’s, cosy arm chairs and a full sized pool table.

Parking
If you’re road-tripping in or hiring a vehicle upon arrival, please note that onsite car parking is available for $45 per car, per night. However, spaces are strictly limited and are not bookable in advance. Therefore, availability operates on a completely first-come, first-served basis. An Ocular Electric Car Charging Station is also available.

Should you wish to organise alternate arrangements, there are plenty of other car parks within walking distance of our front desk. Just ask us to point you in the right direction.

Rooftop Fitness Centre
The Rooftop Fitness Centre is located on the sixth floor and you will find a range of Gym equipment, a heated relaxation pool, Spa and Sauna. Opening times are 6 am- 10 pm. Towels Provided. You will need your room key to access the centre.

Internet
Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the hotel rooms and common areas. You can easily connect to our fast internet service by choosing Victoria Hotel Network. No password required.

In-room Safe
For peace of mind, a safe has been provided in your room and is located inside the closet. Please ensure the safe door is left open upon check-out.

Guest Laundry
Two auto-dosing LG Washers and two LG Dryers are available for guests on Level 1 (opposite lifts). $4 payment is required via Tap & Go payment to operate machines. Opening hours are between 8 am to 10 pm.

Taxi Service
A taxi rank is situated outside the hotel in little Collins street. For assistance please contact
reception.

Lost Property
Should you forget something at the hotel the hotel will hold them for a Maximum of 90 Days to arrange for your property to be returned to you. We offer a dash back courier service or you can arrange your own courier or someone else to pick the item up from the front desk (please inform the hotel 24 hours prior to collection if this is an option).
