Cancellation policy at The Victoria Hotel Melbourne is as follows:

Non Special Event Periods – Less than 24 hours prior to arrival and non-arrivals may incur a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation.

Special Event Periods –  Please enquire at the time of reservation and take note of any sales conditions which may apply, including cancellation penalties.

Packages and Deals are not valid during peak and special events

Australian Tennis Open; 2 night minimum valid for stays during 16th – 29th January 2012 inclusive.  Deposit required by 1st December 2011. No refunds.

Grand Prix; 3 night minimum valid for stays during 15th March 2012 – 18th March 2012 inclusive. Full payment is required by 30th January 2012. No refunds.

AFL Grand Final: 2 night minimum valid for stays during 28th – 29th September 2012 OR 5th – 6th October 2012  (dates to be confirmed) (inclusive) Full payment is required by 31st August 2012.  No refunds.

Spring Racing Carnival: 3 night minimum valid for stays during 26th October – 10th November 2012 inclusive  Full payment is required 30th September 2012.  No refunds

For all stays during New Years Eve a credit card is required to secure your booking.   Cancellations must be advised to the hotel 72 hours prior to arrival.
