I am bringing a group of people, what type of discount can you offer?

Do you have airport pick-up or drop-off?
Skybus is an independent service, which offers frequent shuttles to and from the airport. Currently the service costs approximately AUD$15.00 per person one way. At the airport the Skybus picks up from outside the Qantas Domestic Arrivals Terminal, and operates from 6.00am to 11.30pm half hourly to the city and 6.00am to 12.00 midnight to the airport, with an hourly service operating outside of these times.

From Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm a hotel pick up is possible. Contact Reception to arrange. Outside of these times Skybus stops at 'Southern Cross railway station.

Are there taxis close by?
A taxi stand is located just outside the Hotel. A free call direct line to a taxi company is also available in the Hotel foyer.

What star rating is your Hotel?
We are the largest 3.5 star hotel in Victoria.

What are your different room configurations.
Economy and Heritage Rooms are available in single, twin, double and triple configurations. A single room has one single bed, a twin room has two single beds, a double room has one double bed. A triple room may contain three single beds or in some cases one double and two single beds. Bellerive rooms are available in double configuration with one queen bed.

What is your child policy?
There is no charge for one child under 16 years of age if staying in the same room as parents and using existing bedding.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Diners Club, American Express and JCB Card. We also accept cash, cheques, travellers cheques and money orders. Payment by these methods is required on arrival and proper identification such as a drivers licence or passport is necessary. The Hotel is unable to cash personal or bank cheques. There is an ATM located in the Hotel Foyer.

Is it necessary to leave a deposit?
While leaving a deposit is not necessary, we do recommend one as this will guarantee your booking. Leaving your credit card number is sufficient as a deposit, with no funds debited until you check-out. Bookings can be held until 6pm, and then released unless guaranteed by credit card or prepaid.

During event peak periods a firm deposit is required.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations.

Check in time is 2.00pm and check out time is 11.00am.

What happens if my check-in time is earlier than the Hotel's, and/or my check-out time is later?
Early Check-In: Requests for early check in can be made, but they cannot be guaranteed.
If you are arriving early, register with Reception and if a room is not yet available, check your bags into our storage facility. As soon as a room becomes available, we can then check you in.

Late Check-Out: If you wish to check out later than 11am, we may be able to offer you day use of the room which will allow you access to the room till 6pm. The rate for the day use does vary depending on the room type. Room day use is subject to availability and may not be available if your room has already been booked for that day.

Do you offer luggage storage?
Storage for luggage and other items is available free of charge for all Hotel guests. 24 hour access to baggage storage is available.

Do you offer car parking?
The Hotel offers car parking for $15.00 per day.

I am bringing a group of people, what type of discount can you offer?
A group of 15 or more guests can entitle you to a group discount rate. This discount varies depending on the number of guests, dates and room availability. Group inquiries can be made via the booking form in the details/comments section or by telephoning our reservations department.

Once a group booking is made, a list of guest names is required as is a one night deposit for all rooms booked, one month prior to the group's arrival date. A bond, calculated on a per head basis, may also be required.
