The Melbourne Winter Festival 2011 returns to Melbourne for its second consecutive year, promising to transform the Melbourne CBD into a winter wonderland. This Winter Festival brings the fun and frivolity of the snow to Melbourne this winter. As well as outdoor skating rinks, there will be food stalls, entertainment and stylish bars. It will be held outside the front of the Melbourne Museum's iconic Royal Exhibition Building, close to The Victoria Hotel Melbourne, your ideal Melbourne Winter festival accommodation choice.
An authentic alpine atmosphere will be created for the 16-day Melbourne Winter Festival.
