Melbourne International Film Festival 2011

The Melbourne International Film Festival will star in Melbourne from the 21 July to 7 August 2011.

The Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF) is a 17-day celebration of cinematic film. It is one of the oldest film festivals in the world and will celebrate its 60th anniversary this year. The festival will be held at selected theatres in the Melbourne CBD, in close proximity to your Melbourne accommodation, The Victoria Hotel.

The Melbourne International Film Festival’s opening night on Thursday 21 July will be major and a 'not to be missed' by film buffs. The film festival will comprise of over 200 movie screenings from over 50 countries. It will cater to all ages and cinematic tastes so there is a movie to suit every member of the family.
