Cancellation policy at The Victoria Hotel Melbourne is as follows:

Non Special Event Periods - Less than 24 hours prior to arrival and non-arrivals may incur a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation.  

Special Event Periods –  Please enquire at the time of reservation and take note of any sales conditions which may apply, including cancellation penalties  

Packages and Deals are not valid during peak and special events.

Australian Tennis Open; 2 night minimum valid for stays during 17th – 30th January 2011 Full payment is required by 1st December 2011. No refunds.  

Grand Prix; 3 night minimum valid for stays during 25th March 2010 – 28th March 2010 inclusive. Full payment is required by 2nd February 2010. No refunds.  

Melbourne Cup; 2 night minimum valid for stays during 30th October – 05th November inclusive  Full payment is required 30th September 2010.  No refunds    

AFL Grand Final; 2 night minimum valid for stays during 25th – 26th September inclusive Full payment is required by 1st September.  No refunds after 21st September

For all stays during Guinness Cup, Caulfield Cup, Cox Plate and New Years Eve a credit card is required to secure your booking.   Cancellations must be advised to the hotel 72 hours prior to arrival.
