Melbourne International Film Festival 2010

The Melbourne International Film Festival will star in Melbourne from the 22 July to 8 August 2010.

The Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF) is a 17-day celebration of cinematic film. It is one of the oldest film festivals in the world and will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2011. The festival will be held at selected theatres in the Melbourne CBD, in close proximity to your Melbourne accommodation, The Victoria Hotel.

The Melbourne International Film Festival’s opening night on Thursday 22 July will be held at the Regent Theatre. The film festival will comprise of over 200 movie screenings from over 50 countries. It will cater to all ages and cinematic tastes so there is a movie to suit every member of the family.  

Attend the screening of the 2010 opening night film, The Wedding Party and then mingle with the stars at the official after party.
